Abstract: FCS is an essential part of an aircraft, aircraft failure monitoring analysis is important. The failure of an aircraft will seriously threat its flight safety during the flight process. In order to prevent or reduce occurrence of failure, monitoring program is required. The metadologies which depicts the failure are like captions, colour-coded scheme and audio tone. By using these methods the pilots can instantly access the situation and decide on the actions to be taken. It reduces the pilot stress in abnormal and emergency situations. The information of an aircraft can be caught in the time and the corresponding remedial measures can be adopted. The data captured in terms of RS-422 is analysed using MATLAB programming language with GUI Interface.
