Abstract: A MEMRISTOR is a passive device which has two terminals, operating based on the principle of MEMRIS TANCE. Memristance (M) which is derived from flux (?) variation with respect to charge (q). When an electric charge flow through a MEMRISTOR, it have capable of remembering past history of the device for a long time. This result’s gives MEMRISTOR acting like a non-volatile memory. MEMRISTOR basis concept was implemented in various areas like audio signal processing, image processing, logic imply, crossbar switch implementation, etc and HP MODEL MEMRISTOR, which is described briefly in this paper.
